modandmini.com has sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of your credit card information, and we do our best to protect its security on our systems. Specifically, every page in the modandmini.com ordering process that requests credit card information uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which is designed to render information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.

To help ensure others will not have access to your credit card information while on our web site, we urge you to sign off your account and close your browser window when you have finished your visit, especially if you are sharing a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place.

modandmini.com will not sell or distribute any of your personal information, including your email address, to any third party.

Shipping Information

Please refer to the availability section for each item to see the estimated shipping time. If an order is placed for multiple items with shipping times varying significantly, items will be shipped separately. Merchandise such as furniture, rugs, etc. may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer.

All shipping prices and times are for the continental United States and Canada. Mod + Mini does ship internationally, outside of the continental United States and Canada, but these purchases will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Any inquires regarding international shipping should be directed to info@modandmini.com.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return non-sale merchandise with an original receipt up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund or store credit less shipping and freight charges.  Non-sale merchandise returned without a receipt or after 30 days from the date of purchase, and merchandise accompanied by a gift receipt shall be exchanged for store credit only. All sale and special order purchases are final and as such, no refunds or credits are available for their return. 

All returns may be made via mail or in our store, whichever is most convenient for you. Additional shipping charges apply to mail-in exchanges.

To make a return or exchange, simply return the merchandise with a duplicate copy of your packing slip. If you no longer have your packing slip, please call us at 214.234.0992 or email us at info@modandmini.com to obtain a return authorization number. When you email or call, to expedite assistance, please have the following handy: your name, order number (if available), shipping address, telephone number and merchandise being returned.

Sales Tax

Orders purchased in Texas will have sales tax applied automatically.  Orders purchased from states other than Texas will not be charged sales tax, regardless of shipping destination.

Gift Wrapping

Custom gift wrapping is available on many of our products.  Please refer to an individual product to see if gift wrapping is an option for that item.  Gift wrapping is provided for $4.00 per gift.  

Gift Cards

Mod + Mini offers the gift of choice for shopping in our store.  Click here to order gift cards now. Gift cards are available in the following denominations:

Any gift card purchased, regardless of the state, is not charged sales tax.  A gift card can be used by the recipient to make purchases in-store.  Gift cards are shipped in a small box, for a flat rate of $5.00, except for gift cards for $300.00 or more, for which shipping is free.  

 

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation email will be sent automatically to the email address you provide as soon as you place your order. 

Order Cancellation

An order that is placed can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.  After the 24 hour grace period has expired, please refer to the returns and exchanges section for details regarding your order.
